Returns and Refunds Policy and Procedures

Rule 1

You may return any product (except free sample and sale/discounted items) in its original condition purchased on the Christy Organics website to www.christyorganics.com for refund or exchange within 14 business days from delivery. All orders must be checked upon receipt and any claims, errors, or discrepancies must be reported immediately.

The returned product or item must be unopened, unused and in its original saleable condition. In compliant with the Health and Safety regulations, we cannot accept returned products or items that we reasonably believe have been used or opened. You are responsible for the shipping, additional postage/delivery and handling charges.

Products purchased from reseller, in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the products to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the products, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the price paid by you for the products (exclusive of the initial shipping/delivery and handling charges) within thirty (30) days of receiving your returned products, provided that you have returned the products to us in their original condition at our designated address within 14 working days of delivery. You will receive email notification of your refund from our Customer Service Team.

 

Rule 2

Refunds will only be made against the original Paypal account or credit/debit card used.

If you cancel your order but do not return such products to us within 14 business days, we will not be able to process the refund to you and shall be entitled to collect such products from you and to charge you for the direct costs of collecting the products. You should note these charges (which may be deducted from a refund) are likely to exceed the costs of you returning the products. Until such products are returned to us, you are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the cancelled products safely and in appropriate conditions (according to the storage information specified on the product leaflet).

 

Rule 3

We cannot accept returned products or items that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you (if you wish) within 28 days of our notification.

 

Incorrect Product or Item

Should you make an error when ordering online, Christy Organics will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase.  In this scenario, free shipping (if offered on the website) is not applicable to the exchange transaction.

The returned item must be unopened, unused and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping, additional postage/delivery and handling charges.

 

Damaged or Faulty Product/Item

If the items you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.

To assure prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.  You may be required to provide evidence of the damaged item(s) before your replacement or refund could be processed. 

If you have requested an exchange or replacement, your request will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned goods in a satisfactory condition.  The replacement/exchange item(s) will be delivered via standard delivery.
